About Power Environmental/Power Vac Services

Established in 1966, we were initially owned by the same person who started the Power Vac name. Our location was subsequently bought by my father and purchased by me when he passed away in 2015. We operate in both the commercial and residential construction industry doing hazardous material removals such as asbestos, lead and mold removal, as well as HVAC cleaning.

We have remained a family-oriented business throughout our company’s history and typically operate Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. We have also kept up with new industry trends and best practices and have continually updated our work practices to be in compliance with all provincial regulations.

While we are passionate about what we do, we also care about protecting the environment. We recycle printer cartridges and all paper with no sensitive information and avoid paper waste, preferring more efficient digital means of correspondence and communication.

We also believe in giving back to society. As part of that belief, when we do demolition work, if there are salvageable items such as kitchen cabinets, we will carefully remove them and donate them to Habitat For Humanity and other charities that can find uses for them.
