I recently called Power Vac Environmental to help me work my way through possible asbestos in a popcorn ceiling. I had never dealt with asbestos concerns before and found the prospect unnerving. The personnel at Power Vac know the field well guiding me through the sample analysis process and the various ways to remedy the problem if I had one. It was very helpful to have their experience leading the way from beginning to end, even directing me to the provincial legislation governing encasement as a remedy for the problem. I began with a major headache but with Power Vac's help worked my way to safe and cost-effective solutions. Much appreciated!

I called looking for a blower door test, which they don’t offer - but instead of brushing me off like most other companies did, Norine took the time to walk me through exactly what I should do and who to contact. She had nothing to gain from helping me, but still gave clear, thoughtful advice. That kind of support shows real confidence and pride in their work. When a company is truly knowledgeable and professional, they’re not insecure about helping someone even when there’s no sale involved. It was a refreshing experience, and I’ll definitely be calling them again when I need something they do offer.

Top notch service from Power Vac Hamilton Norine took the time to explain everything with me and tailored a plan to what was needed. On site teams were professional and fast at removing asbestos and mold from a newly purchased 60's home. HVAC cleaning and attic reinsulation were also updated and took not even a day. Turn around for everything was less than a week with just three days total for everything. Very reasonable prices compared to other companies I called within the city. I'll be recommending Power Vac Hamilton to anyone I know who needs any of their services in the future.
