When I needed a mold inspection done at my home, I called several service providers. John from Power Environmental was the first to return my call. He was prompt to the appointment and was professional, thorough and personable during his inspection, subsequently providing an honest assessment of our situation. I highly recommend this service provider.

While selling our house, a house inspection identified Vermiculite and potential asbestos in the attic insulation. We were referred to Norine of Power Vac by Mike of Jarvis Insulation who has done a lot of work for us over the years. We found Norine and John very knowledgeable, personable and honest. In our case John took samples and tested with urgency. The test came back negative for asbestos. We had offers waiting for the results. It was after closing when the results came back. Norine was on her way home and understanding the urgency went above and beyond. She followed up with me when she got home and sent them to me right away. This allowed us to provide the results to our realtor and entertain the offers before they expired. If we have a need in the future for any services they provide, we will not look anywhere else but Power Vac. Norine and John, Thank you so much!

I am extremely satisfied with this company. From reaching out for a quote, chatting with Norine to set up service (and took the time to answer some additional questions I had), and the crew on site, I was impressed with the level of service and care. Everybody I associated with was friendly and knowledgeable. Before and after pictures were provided. What a mess due to a renovation prior to us moving in and potentially decades of negligence in our century home. Noticeable difference in both the air flow and air quality now. Great experience at the first house I had done and it was a very dirty rental unit, had them out to do another house 2 different guy's and they were not as experienced and hooked up lines backwards and blew the dust out of the vents at first dusting my house 🙄 But once hooked up correctly the vents are cleaned well, but not my house dusting will take a few days lol everyone makes mistakes 🤠

Guys showed up on time. Since we have not had ducts cleaned before they had there work cut out for them. Showed us before and after pictures. Nice guys to have work with. Good job

This is the second time I have used Power Vac to do my duct cleaning. I contacted them, I researched them, I reached out to them. This is not somebody from a call centre who is calling to see if you need your “ducts cleaned”. They did an amazing job. They’re very thorough. I will be using them again in two more years.

I chose Power Vac because they have the history, reputation, and experience I wanted in having my ducts cleaned after 35 years and a renovation in my house. My calls were answered quickly and return calls were prompt from management. The two technicians who came were first rate and did a prefect job. Although it cost me less than other companies, money was not the key. Quality work was the key and any price and I was very satisfied with the results. I was recommend them in a heartbeat.

The staff at Power Vac are very friendly and accommodating! They were able to communicate well when their truck had mechanical issues and were very efficient in re-booking services. The two gentlemen who did our duct cleaning also took their time when completing the work and we noticed an incredible difference in our home air quality! Very highly recommended. The two guys who came were great to deal with. They kept everything clean and tidy. The ducts were overdue for a cleaning and they look spotless. I wouldn't deal with anyone else.

Had my ductwork cleaned today by Isreal ( hope I spelled it correctly) and John . It didn’t take me long to see that Isreal takes pride in his work . I was concerned about my floors and walls getting scratched but he was prepared with runners to cover my floor and carpeted steps going down stairs, and was careful in moving the suction hose Thank you Isreal for caring , I appreciate it . The crew from Power Vac arrived right on time. They explained how the process would work, the precautions that they would take and an estimated time to completion. And then they got to work. They were very cautious not the cause any damage or dirty the house and worked very efficiently to get the job done (within the timeframe they provided). We're very happy with the results. The house stayed clean and when I started up the furnace, no smells or noises (and none since). I would definitely recommend Power Vac.

We have used PowerVac’s duct cleaning service twice now on two different homes. Communication and service were both top notch. Having a wife with chronic asthma, she can attest to the noticeable difference she’s had instantly being in the house after the service.
