Excellent Service

We recently had Powervac clean our ducts and dryer vent and must say the service was excellent. The techs were on time, courteous and professional. Any questions I had were answered, and the process was explained with a smile. If you are interested in improving the air quality and safety of you home (after I saw what came out of the dryer vent I can now see why it can pose a real fire hazard) I would highly recommend Powervac. We fired up the furnace and didn't smell a thing, I think that shows just how good a job Powervac did. I highly recommend this firm.

This is the first time i've ever used a duct cleaning service and I was nervous about it because you always hear horror stories about bad experiences, but these guys were great. Professional, on time and really did their best to make as little mess as possible. The put mats down, wore booties, and did a great job. I would recommend.

We worked with Norine and her team following the purchase of our new (old) home that was found to have asbestos in two locations. Norine was very responsive & informative calming my nerves about the process. She answered all of my silly questions and left my husband and I feeling confident in moving forward. She was able to both do a site visit and schedule the actual asbestos removal very quickly. Booking the appointment over the phone was very easy. The individual on the phone understood what I wanted done and didn't try to upsell me on any other deals. Mike the technician arrived early and was very polite and pleasant. He took me through how the process works and what he's going to do. No damage, no mess and again Mike didn't try to sell me any other services which is a very nice change. Highly recommend.
